The Alpha Run is running in combination with special mental exercises. This technique is suitable for people who are interested in the mental and mediative components of running. Young and old, as well as beginners and advanced runners, can take part. The focus of the Alpha Run is not on the pressure to perform, but rather on the joy of relaxed movement and basic endurance training in combination with mental exercises.
This trial training gives you an insight into how to run mediatively and how to constantly put your brain into the neurological alpha state.
