Conditions of participation
The Graz Sports Year will be held in 2021 by the Active City Graz association and on behalf of the City of Graz. By making active people in Graz visible who tell their story or their motivation, we want to make the topic of movement in everyday life more tangible through supporters. With the website Let`s go Graz, the Active City Graz association creates a platform where all information about the Graz sports year is collected. Here there is also the possibility for residents to register as supporters of the Graz Sports Year.
From March 2021 you can send in your motivation for an active life here - in text with a photo or by video and share it with the people of Graz. Participation in this initiative is regulated by the following terms and conditions and data protection information. In addition, the use of the data provided by the participants is regulated. By participating and submitting a contribution, the participants accept these conditions of participation.
Eligible to participate in the Supporter Wall are all natural persons who have reached the age of 16 at the time of the start of the campaign and who send a contribution (photo, video, text, etc.) to the Active City Graz association and at the same time expressly consent to this contribution published on the website and in the media, used in connection with the Let`s go Graz initiative and posted on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, ...). The sender confirms that the contribution (photo, video, text, etc.) represents his / her intellectual property and that he / she has all rights to the submitted material and that no third party rights are infringed by the submitted contribution.
The sender agrees that his / her data (name, email address) as well as the photo, video and text material created by the initiative will be saved by the Active City Graz association and its technical service provider and in connection with Let's go Graz can be published, as well as can be presented and passed on to a broad media public (ORF, Antenne Steiermark, Kleine Zeitung, Kronen Zeitung, Der Grazer, WOCHE, etc.) in the project period 2021 within the framework of the cooperation existing for the initiative and grants to all their / its services that are protected by rights of protection in connection with the participation free of charge and all rights of use, in particular the provision on the websites and in the context of appearances in the social networks (Facebook, Instagram) as well as the above-described disclosure to third parties as photos, videos, text, etc. , unrestricted in terms of time, space and subject matter. Participation in the campaign is voluntary, free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods.

This publication can be contradicted at any time. The judges' decision is final. If the e-mail address provided is incorrect or invalid, we are not obliged to research the correct address. The disadvantages that result from providing incorrect contact details are borne by the participant. People who support these campaigns, such as journalists, moderators or project staff, can contact you directly. The Active City Graz association reserves the right to change or add to these conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons, insofar as this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing and in particular to prevent misuse or for other reasons.
